Leaning Into Change: A Year of Falling Forward

2024 began with uncertainty and challenges as I navigated a major career transition. It was a moment that forced me to pause and reflect on where to go next. The process wasn’t easy, but it pushed me to take a hard look at my skills, experience, and what I truly wanted to achieve. From that reflection came SuccessNavigator – a business with purpose, built on the desire to drive meaningful impact first and grounded in the belief that people invest in what drives impact.

Building SuccessNavigator

When I started SuccessNavigator, the goal was simple: to help businesses thrive by focusing on what happens after the sale – keeping customers engaged, scaling smoothly, and achieving growth that lasts.

This year, I’ve had the privilege of working with remarkable leaders and businesses, exploring new opportunities and turning ideas into action. Seeing their ambitions take shape and being part of their growth journeys has been one of the most rewarding parts of 2024.

A Year of Learning and Growth

2024 has been nothing short of a learning curve. Balancing multiple roles has felt like juggling at times, but each experience has enriched what SuccessNavigator can offer.

  • Fractional CCO: Working across industries like tech, financial services, and AI technology has expanded my perspective.

  • Thought Leadership: Sharing articles and participating as a panelist at industry events allowed me to contribute to broader conversations about business growth.

  • Strategic Sessions: I’ve been involved in driving strategy for executive sessions, discussing critical elements like client journey mapping. By bringing together business goals and actionable feedback, these sessions ensure that the client voice is not only heard but impacts change and resonates with executive teams.

We’ve also integrated virtual assistants and AI tools into our processes, demonstrating how technology can enhance rather than replace genuine human connections.

New Ventures and Opportunities

One highlight of 2024 was the launch of the Great Commission Institute, with its first student intake set for early 2025. Stepping into my first board role has been equally rewarding, opening new opportunities to learn and contribute at a strategic level.

In the financial consulting space, I’ve explored innovative ways to drive value for both sophisticated and retail investors. It’s fascinating to see how fresh perspectives can unlock potential in unexpected areas.

I’ve also had the privilege of working with other amazing entrepreneurs on possible ventures aimed at adding scaled value through collaborative ideas.

Looking Ahead

As 2025 approaches, exciting initiatives are already taking shape. I can’t wait to share more when the time is right.

To my family, friends, clients, and network – thank you for your trust, encouragement, and support. This year has shown me that success isn’t just about strategy but collaboration, persistence, and finding practical solutions to real business challenges.

As we close 2024, I’m filled with gratitude for every lesson learned, every inspiring conversation, and every partnership formed. My focus moving forward is on showing how improving the customer experience is the key to driving growth – not just a necessary cost.

Here’s to another year of growth, innovation, and impact.
